Kyle first interned at Thomson Gray in the summer 2012 and returned in late 2025 as Head of Operations. Having established a career in Financial Services, Kyle wanted to bring his varied work experience to Thomson Gray and build on his passion for empowering others to make better financial decisions.
As Head of Operations, Kyle oversees the smooth running of Thomson Gray so the team can continue to deliver our fantastic service to clients. He focuses on helping everyone do their job to the best of their abilities.
What makes you smile outside of work?
Often described as “too busy” by friends, plenty of hobbies and interests keep me busy – reading, film, cycling, traveling and clay pigeon shooting.
Whilst I also study for financial qualifications, I like to test my knowledge in other areas. Recently I gained a Wine and Spirits Educational Trust and a Tea Champion certificate, understanding more about Wine and Tea production around the world.
